The security personal of Jammu and Kashmir stopped actor
Anupam Kher and film maker Ashok Pandit at Srinagar airport, who were planning
to reach the city’s NIT to show their solidarity to the students who were
beaten by state police in the last week for taking out rally in campus with
Indian national flag.
The police have also stopped 150 students of “Chalo NIT’ march
at Lakhanpur who were trying to reach the NIT Srinagar.
In a tweet Anupam Kher said he has special gift for NIT
students.
