In yet another act of brutality, four RSS Swayamsevaks were attacked by CPM
goons in Kannur, Kerala, on Thursday, triggering tension in the locality.
Sujesh (30) and Santosh (28), local RSS functionaries, were attacked by a
group of around 20 CPM goons with sharp-edged weapons at a construction site of
a house of another RSS Swayamsevak around noon at Muzukkun in Irruty.
They later attacked two other RSS Swayamsevaks, Arun (23) and Deepesh (26),
with iron rods.
All the four were rushed to a hospital in nearby Thallassery and Sujesh,
who is stated to have received serious injuries, had been shifted to Kozhikode
Medical College Hospital.
Kannur is witnessing several targeted attacks on RSS cadre in the recent
past.
